A worksheet, in the word’s authentic meaning, is a sheet of stationery on which one performs activity. They arrive in several type forms, most commonly linked with junior school activity assignments, tax forms, and accounting or other business environments. Software is increasingly taking over the paper-based worksheet.
It can be a printed page that a kid finishes with a writing tool. No other materials are needed. It is “a sheet of paper on which work schedules, working time, specific hints, etc. are recorded. A sheet of paper on which issues, ideas, or the like, are write down in tentative form.” In school, a worksheet may have questions for students also places to note answers.
In accounting, a worksheet is, or was, a piece of instructed paper with rows and columns on which an accountant could record information or perform calculations. These are oftentimes called columnar pads, or typically green-tinted.
